We are looking for someone who can take our restaurant to the next level. Excellent service is an important element of Japanese food culture. Good food is not only about taste, but also about the experience and how you are being served as a guest. As our restaurant manager, creating the ultimate experience is your most important responsibility.

The main duties of our restaurant manager are serving customers and taking care of things behind the scenes. This means: establishing a good cooperation between the kitchen and the serving staff. Managing reservations and external activities such as catering. And of course developing in-depth knowledge for every product and dish to guarantee the best quality for our guests.

Our restaurant
Our small and cozy restaurant is located in the harbor of IJmuiden. Due to the coronavirus, we have temporarily adjusted the restaurant for Sushi Take Away, but we hope to take care of our guests in the restaurant soon again. Curious what others think of us?
